MCM Health Connect is a project funded by the Healthcare Initiative Foundation aimed at raising awareness about the health issues affecting Montgomery County residents and highlighting the resources available to them. The goal of this platform is to direct attention to specific health issues, educate the public around health, and support the work of local healthcare providers and organizations.
